Delivery Management

When it comes to large projects the importance of a good logistics management system cannot be under estimated. From our first hand experience on logistically challenging sites we developed a highly tailored delivery request and schedule system.

The system is simple yet effective where deliveries are requested through a simple form built into the dashboard. The request is sent straight to the the delivery schedule spreadsheet where request are automatically sorted by date, area, contractor etc. Designated members of the management team then have to opportunity to approve, decline or comment on the requests which is used by front gate security to control vehicles entering a site.

On approval or when a request is declined and automated email is sent back to the originator to inform them of the status of there delivery request. For the management team a heads up display of all the days delivery information is displayed back on the dashboard. Please check out our short video for a demonstration of how the system works below.
