While there are already any amount of construction software packages available many lack the flexibility our system offers. New site dashboards can be totally customized to reflect the needs of any particular site within a period of days. What we offer is a cloud based communication solution that optimises the flow of information between multiple contractors and the management team.

While emails are an important tool we use every day they are not an efficient way of gathering or sharing information from multiple contractors especially for data that must be compiled manually. This creates a time consuming task which need not exist but also gives rise to potential data handling errors and slows down communication.

Out system collects any required data from multiple sources through digital forms on the dashboard and deposits it to a shared spreadsheet. Who can view and edit this data is controlled and our spreadsheets can automatically organise and present information as desired.

1) You decide on the contents and tools required within the dashboard

2) We build your customised site dashboard within a few days

3) We give you an opportunity to try the system and we can make changes if required

4) We issue accounts to all required persons providing them with a user id and initial password
